Without a thorough understanding of your business and the challenges you face, we would not be able to provide you with a digital marketing strategic solution that’s in sync with your objectives. We will approach your marketing challenges in a three phase approach that will help put your business in a position to attract more prospective customers…and that will ultimately lead to an increased return on your investment (ROI).
Phase 1: Discovery
The first key phase is understanding your business and it’s marketing challenges. While this may sound obvious, what you will find is that other marketing service providers either skip this step or don’t challenge themselves to thoroughly understand their clients’ marketing obstacles before jumping to a conclusion on what solutions are needed.
At Satoca, we view the discovery phase as the most important because it defines the digital marketing strategy that is right for your business objectives. During this phase you can expect several in-person meetings or phone conversations designed to “tease out” the important details around your industry, target market, past performance metrics, key challenges that you are facing, and future goals.
Phase 2: Rumination
We like to refer to Phase 2 as the rumination phase. What does this mean? It’s in this rumination phase that Satoca will reflect on the discovery phase learning to generate what a Document of Understanding (DoU). Within the DoU you will find a detailed interpretation of the marketing objective at hand, along with a high level recommendation of how Satoca would approach your specific set of challenges and needs.
Once you are comfortable with our understanding of your specific objectives and our high level approach, we then move on to Phase 3 in which we fully flush out a digital marketing strategy that meets your needs.
Phase 3: Partner Work Order
It is in this phase that the real work begins! Satoca will flush out a Partner Work Order (PWO) that will provide visibility to our recommended digital marketing solutions that are most applicable to your marketing objectives. The PWO will detail the marketing objective, recommended marketing services, assumptions, project deliverables, costs, and a launch timeline.
Once you are comfortable with the PWO and agree with the approach, our partnership begins!
